What is Mental Health ?

Our emotion, social well being and psychological aspects are related to mental health. What we feel, think, affect are mostly dependent on our mental health. Stress management, our choices and our relationship with others, etc. has influenced by our mental health.

Social anxiety, stress, depression, unemployment, failure, domestic violence, trauma, covid situation, loneliness, poverty, exam fear, expectations of others are the example of some main cause of mental illness. In fact, it is not a disease, but it mostly impacts on our lives.
